Profile/ Areas of Interest:
Samuel loves everything Design Thinking. He has been teaching and developing learning materials in Design Thinking courses and other Innovation and Enterprise programmes since 2007. He had also led a team of 30 lecturers in running a hackathon through Design Thinking.
Samuel also runs corporate Design Thinking courses for adults. He also consults and give talks to governmental agencies, private corporations (MNCs & SMEs), institutions and NGOs.
Samuel has vast interests and experiences in the fields of Innovation and Psychology. During his stint at the Ministry of Defence, Samuel consulted senior management leaders on change management and transformation, particularly on the set-up of an innovative culture within organisations.
Prior to joining MINDEF, Samuel worked with children with special needs as an educational-behavioural therapist. His experiences with Autistic, and Down Syndrome kids have strengthened his belief that every child is special and unique individual who does wonders and performs miracles.

Qualifications :

Post graduate diploma in Education, National Institute of Education Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment Certified NLP PractitionerProfile/ Areas of Interest:
Su Kit has been teaching and developing Mathematics modules both in secondary and polytechnic levels since 2005. One of the modules that he taught was Mathematics for Engineers. Su Kit is currently training students in the area of Design Thinking and is also engaged in training corporate clients in Data Analytics.
